The highlight of my stay at City Express was definitely the quality buffet breakfast. They had a variety of options including yogurt, juices, pancakes, toast, cold meats and cheeses, and freshly cut fruits. The breakfast alone was worth it. The hotel's location was also great, just a short walk to the main EXPO area and Plaza del SOL. The rooms were comfortable and soundproof, ensuring a good night's sleep. The free Wi-Fi and cable TV were additional bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.

I'm a simple man all I require of my room is to be clean,with Air conditioning and hot water. Well the room was clean, it had hot water but no remote for the ac when I requested a remote they told me that the ac was not working that was the reason for not having a remote. The next day I complained at the front desk and they told me that the ac was working that I should have gotten a remote. Bottom line is I did'nt sleep all night I got to the hotel at 1:00am was very tired they did reimburse some of the one night stay that amounted to about $9:00 US.My question is why do they rent a room if the ac is not working they even told me that no other room were available

The only problem we had was at the moment of payment for check out: they didn`t accept to charge my credit card in dollars so, with their rate in pesos I finally had to pay more than the contract we did with Booked.net. Finally they accepted a payment in cash for the same price advertised by you, but for this only time. We are coming back to this hotel soon, for 3 nights, so I would like the problem to be solved which is to accept the payment in us dollars, $128 plus taxes per night, as agreed with Booked.net

Our stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The breakfast served was delicious, with a range of options such as toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, and pancakes. The hotel's location was a plus, within walking distance to the main expo area and shopping centers. the free wifi was steady throughout our stay, making it easy to stay connected with family and friends back home.

The room was a bit noisy, allowing sounds from neighboring rooms and the corridor to be heard quite easily. The highly decorated interiors may not be to everyone’s taste and the chairs were a bit cramped.

This hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and a market. The rooms are basic, but nice and clean, with good service from front desk staff and attentive housekeeping. The continental breakfast helps start the day and the gym is available for a quick workout.

Noise from neighboring rooms can be heard through the walls.

Great hotel for a business trip. Free parking was a life saver, since I had a rental car, and I could have a safe place to park it overnight. Breakfast was included, and it was very convenient. The location was excellent, being only a short walk from great restaurants and shops. The WiFi was fast, and I had no trouble getting my work done.
